Services' Limitations

We recommend adhering to service usage limits to your hardware capacity. But hey, need more power? We're here to help scale your solution beyond our standard plans. Our servers can handle up to 10GBPS network speed, 10 x 8TB NVME SSD, 2x Intel® Xeon CPUs, and 1TB DDR5 RAM. Just remember, if usage exceeds these limits, our service level agreement might not apply. We're committed to keeping you up and running smoothly!"

SLA Calcuation Example

Example calculation for 99.9% uptime SLA if it dropped down to 99.8% for a 50$/month service.
1. 30 days * 24 hours/day * 60 minutes/hour = 43,200 minutes
2. 0.1% * 43,200 minutes = 43.2 minutes
3. $50 / 43,200 minutes = ~$0.0011574074 per minute
4. Refund value = 43.2 minutes * $0.0011574074 per minute = ~$0.05

Third-Party Integrations

When we use integrations with buddies of ours like Wix Payments, PayPal, and Cloudflare, just remember they have their own privacy policies in place. We're not the ones behind the wheel for their data collection or processing practices. It's always a good idea to check out their rules before getting started!

Software & Services Updates

Before we roll out any shiny new releases, we put them through their paces with rigorous testing. While we're dedicated to keeping the open-source projects hosted on our servers fresh and updated, just keep in mind that we can't take responsibility for any bumps in the road caused by third-party projects. We're all about promoting a safe and stable environment for everyone!

Policy Amendments

We strive to give you the best as our service grows. We may tweak this policy from time to time, but we'll give you a heads-up at least 30 days before any big changes. If you're curious or worried about these updates, just let us know. We're always ready to keep you in the loop!

Unlimited Traffic Context

Our customers are free to use traffic as much as they desire. All incoming traffic is absolutely free! If you do happen to surpass the 20TB per month mark with outgoing traffic, a small fee of 1 euro per TB will apply. Enjoy limitless possibilities with us!

Billing Cycles

Your trust is our top priority. If there ever comes a time when we need to revise our prices, we'll make sure you have all the details at least 30 days ahead. This gives you a full month to decide what's best for you. If you're not comfortable with the new price, you're free to cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect. We believe in full transparency and your satisfaction is always at the heart of our decisions.

Logs Management

We're all about keeping things safe and transparent! To make sure of that, we keep our application and system logs for up to 30 days, all in line with GDPR/CCPA regulations. And don't worry, your privacy is super important to us, so we won't gather any personal data in our logs and won't be sharing these logs with any third parties. Your trust is our priority!

Refund Policy

We've got you covered! If you're not completely happy with our services within the first 14 days, we're happy to arrange a refund. If you ever experience downtime (even after 14 days) due to us not meeting our service level agreement, we'll offer you a prorated refund to make things right. Just remember that refunds for downtime caused by user actions or third-party services aren't part of our policy. We're all about keeping things fair and square! And remember, Vouchers, coupons, and discounts are not refundable. 

Abuse Reports

We truly value your safety! If we spot any suspicious activity on your account, we'll look into it. Misuse might lead to account closure, as per the law. Our firewall can block threats, and our SLA doesn't cover disruptions from outgoing cyber attacks. Don't hesitate to ask us any questions!

We proudly work with Hetzner, a top-tier data center and cloud provider known for its stellar services. All of our custom dedicated services leverage dedicated servers directly from Hetzner. This collaboration ensures we deliver reliable, high-performance, and secure solutions to all our customers, no matter where they are in the digital world. We are here to break the high-cost public clouds taboo!

Donations to Open-Source Projects

Your subscription isn't just a service; it's an investment in the future of open-source innovation. Together, we can keep this vital community thriving. We donate a portion of your subscription fees right back to open-source projects. It's our way of showing appreciation and fostering their ongoing growth. Your subscription isn't merely a service; it's a helping hand to the future of open-source creativity. Let's fuel this important community together!

Late Payments

We understand that life can get busy! If a payment doesn't make it to us by the due date, don't worry, we'll give you an extra seven days as a grace period. If the payment isn't settled within these extra days, unfortunately, we'll have to close the account, and the related data might be permanently deleted. We really don't want it to come to that, so please try to make your payments on time. Thanks for your understanding!

Personal Data

We're big on respecting your privacy! We only peek at your data when you ask us for support. Your personal data, secrets, and passwords? Those are a mystery to us! And when it comes to sharing sensitive information, make sure to use secure channels like PGP or secure emails. We're all about keeping your information safe and sound!

Deployment Notifications

When there's a new release, we usually get it up and running within 24 hours. And don't worry; we'll make sure to give you a heads-up about the deployment and any changes that come with the release. We believe in keeping you in the loop!

Value Added Tax (VAT)

We don't add any VAT to our services as we're based in the US, Virginia, where online services don't require VAT. If you need to make the purchase within a European country or if you need more information, don't hesitate to reach out. We can issue manual invoices with different terms from another company branch in Estonia. We're always here to assist you!

Referral Program

All existing subscribers are eligible for our Referral Program, where they can share a unique referral link from their account page. For every new subscriber successfully referred, both the referrer and the referee receive a 25% discount on their next subscription cycle. This discount is automatically applied upon the referee's first successful payment. It is non-transferable and is applicable only for subscription services. New subscribers must not have previously purchased a subscription from our website. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the program at any time.
